Description:
Dynamech Engineers introduces a new segment in the potato chips machines partially automated potato chips making process, in this plant automation is done in the critical area of frying and seasoning of potato chips, while the peeling, slicing, drying process are semi auto, what it does is it considerably reduced the intial set up cost of the plant, The machines invloved are shown below :-

Potato Peeler :- Standard abrasive batch type peeler

Potato Slicer :- Standard top fed slicer with various cuts like plain, ripple and shredding

DE Hydrator :- After slicing this is an important process as the removal of excess water results in maximum fuel efficiency, unlike fully automated systmes where the water is not completely resulting higher fuel cost.

IN FEED Shaker

o Small pieces of sliced chips are separated from whole chips this process ensures :-

o Better quality of chips

o Reduced deteriration of edible oil

o Even and continuos feeding into the fryer
Less wastage in frying

o Less load on filters

Description:
Dynamech Engineers offers Heat Exchanger based Continuous Potato Chips Fryers which ensures even cooking of potato chips at a set temprature, the fryer has the below features :-


o Heat Exchanger are Diesel/Gas based or Thermic Oil Based heat exchangers use automatic burners as a heating source, while hot thermic oil is use with thermic-edible oil based heat exchanger

o 100 Kg ready fried & seasoned potato chips in an hour

o Easy cleaning system, the hood lifts pneumatically for easy access of the fryer

o Continuous hot edible oil circulation between the heat exchanger, batch filter and the fryer results in even cooking at controlled temprature

o Continuous filteration by either batch or continuous filter, the full volume of the oil passed through the filters in a minute, thereby constantly removing sediments and burnt particles

o Less oil hold up in the fryer ensures that the potato chips are always fried in fresh oil

o Fuel efficient frying of potato chips, less 300ml for 1 Kg of ready fried chips, also the oil pick up is comparatively less than batch fryers i.e 35-36% of the fried chips

o The continuos fryer can also be connected to a thermic fluid boiler system via a thermic-edible oil heat exchanger system

Tumble type seasoning system for even seasoning of potato chips, the features are :-

o Speed controlled movement of chips in the tumbler, the chips are turned upside down due to the tumbler design ensuring coating on both sides of chips

o Sprinkling of seasoning by a screw based dispener over which hopper is filted in which seasoning are stored
